How do I book a photography session with you?
Booking a photography session is easy. Simply reach out through my website, or email adam@shotsbyadam.com, and let me know the type of session you're interested in. I'll guide you through the process, discuss your requirements, and find a convenient date and time for your session.
Can we choose the location for our photo shoot?
Absolutely! I believe that the location plays a significant role in capturing unique and personalised photographs. Whether it's at your home, a scenic outdoor location, or a venue of your choice, I'm open to capturing your photos in a place that holds meaning to you.
How long does a typical photo session last?
The duration of a photo session varies depending on the type and scope of the project. Portrait sessions typically range from 1 to 2 hours, while events and weddings can span several hours. I strive to provide ample time to capture all the important moments and ensure you feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the session.
How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?
I understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos. My editing process typically takes 1-2 weeks, depending on the volume of images and the complexity of editing required. I prioritise quality and attention to detail to deliver exceptional images, and always aim to exceed your expectations.
What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the day of an outdoor shoot?
If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of an outdoor shoot, we can discuss alternatives such as rescheduling the session or finding an indoor location. I want to ensure the best possible outcome for your photos, and I'm flexible in adapting to unforeseen circumstances.
I've ordered a print, when can I expect to receive it?
Production time varies depending on the type of print you ordered. The times listed below are the production times, and do not include the delivery time. During production and delivery, you will receive email updates with progress.
Regular Print - 1-2 business days
Large Format Print - 1-2 business days
Canvas Print - 2-3 business days
Framed Print - 2-3 business days
Metal & Acrylic Prints - 3-4 business days
Will the prints be cropped?
Sometimes the dimensions of the print and photo ordered will differ, meaning the photo may need to be cropped. However, I have carefully selected print sizes I offer, and have only chosen those that will cause minimal cropping, if any.
Are watermarks/logos visible on prints?
No, all logos and branding will be removed from the photos that are sent to the lab for printing. Branding may appear on the reverse of the product, but this will not be visible when on the wall.
Do you print the products yourself?
No, the prints come from a highly reputable printing company in the U.K. Once an order is placed, this goes directly to the lab for production. Your print is then sent straight to you from the lab.
